What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is taking what you do everyday as an unconscious, automatic body function, and bring consciousness and awareness to the breath. Breathwork is a physical and emotional practice. When you stop and connect with your breath, YOUR life force, you can tune in to the messages and cues of your body. I would think you would probably agree that for most of your day, you live in your head. Breathwork allows you to connect with your body, your spirit and your soul…all at YOUR own pace. It allows you to hold space for your thoughts, and at the same time, be conscious of your breath. I think you would probably agree that most of us, and perhaps you, are living in a chronic survival response. We/you are running around, “busy”, disconnected and on auto pilot. When you are in this state, you are not breathing efficiently. The last thing you think about is how you are breathing. However, if you place awareness on your breath, and become conscious of your breath, you can change your state in an instant.

For the past few years, I have been working on myself. Although I have been coaching since 2021, my self-coaching wouldn’t always stick. The reason was that although my mind could be on board, my body was not. I found breathwork in the the summer of 2023. I was curious about it as I had heard wonderful things about it. When I did my first session, I could feel an instant shift. I was fascinated as to how by connecting with my breath and my body made me feel. I could feel a lightness in my body that I had never experienced before. It was then that I knew I wanted to learn more. I started to notice my breath more during the day. I started to take time to check in and check with my breath. When I am under stress, my breathing is shallow and quick. When I notice that, I check my posture. Am I hunched over? If I am, I am in a protective state and closed off. I am closed off to my breath. I can’t take a deep breath. Have you ever noticed when you stand up tall or sit tall that you feel more expansive? Your breath is deeper? Opening your body to your breath takes time and practice. It’s not something you are used to doing. Allowing yourself to practice breathwork, and allowing yourself to connect with your life force will change you.

Breathwork is a powerful tool. By creating a regular practice, you can feel yourself heal through your own breath

I am accepting new clients and welcome the opportunity to breathe with you! I am currently providing breathwork via Zoom. I am available for in person sessions in Utah. I create a safe space for you to allow yourself to experience your breath. Music is used in each session, as I guide you through your session. You are in control at all times. If your body is saying no to a certain breath pattern, that is absolutely ok. You get to take it slow, and let yourself explore your Self in a new way through your breath, at your own pace.

I offer the following session packages. The sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or however you feel works best for you. I offer a 3 session minimum package. Why 3? 3 represents the mind-body-soul connection. It is a great way to start to experience breathwork by allowing yourself to build upon each session and start to connect back with your Self. Sessions are 60 minutes, including a drop in, breath journey, integration, and time to share at the end. 60 minutes allows for a transformational experience that we create together.

The exchange for package sessions is $125 per session.

  • 3 session package exchange: $375

  • 4 session package exchange: $500

  • 5 session package exchange: $625

  • 6 session package exchange: $750

  • 7 session package exchange: $875

  • 8 session package exchange: $1,000

  • 9 session package exchange: $1,125

  • 10 session package exchange: $1,250
